Happy Sunday Ladies

Happy Sunday Morning ladies..... Sorry I've been away just when I thought things were slowing down they got even busier...LOL But Im back and more motivated then ever....

I've been doing everything I can to get motivated trying to take better care of myself on the outside too not only on the inside..... Since I put on all this weight I quit spending money on me, on the things I love and its time to stop that.... I have to remind myself I matter too!

I joined a weight loss challenge on youtube that one of the girls videos I subscribe to is having too to keep me motivated as well. It runs threw the end of April. So I'm super excited about that!

Anywho enough about me....

Heres a few recipes I found on the net and wanted to share.....

Few healthier snack choices to make at home

Garlic and Herb Wonton Crisps

20 item(s) wonton wrapper(s)
2 spray(s) cooking spray
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp thyme, fresh, fresh, chopped
1 Tbsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place wonton wrappers on sheet in a single layer. Bake for 2 minutes; remove from oven.
Flip wrappers; sprinkle with garlic and herbs. Lightly coat wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 2 minutes more. Remove from oven and place wrappers on a wire rack to cool.

Banana-Pineapple Pops

2 cup(s) apple juice
2 large banana(s), peeled and diced
1 cup(s) pineapple, diced
1 Tbsp honey

Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain into a 2-cup measuring cup, pressing on remaining solids to extract all the liquid. Pour into 8 Popsicle molds. Freeze until hard, at least 5 hours or overnight.

Well gals Im off to clean house before the kiddos come home from grandmas.
Hope to blog some more later on...

Until then........
